Raj, one of the Shore Excursion agents off the Emerald, quickly became a good friend after Lex and I messed up the ticket counts so many times (which cost us a lot of time and frustration) that we were all forced to laugh about it and it became the start of a beautiful friendship haha he hated us. But we definitely learned.
In fact we learned so fast and became such good friends he offered to take our entire dock team on a tour of the ship with all access to the buffet. It was a dream. We were originally scheduled to go the day of the murderer that happened on the Emerald this summer (google it, it was quite the story) but we declined due to the increased security on the ship and held off until things cooled down a bit.
Raj showed us around all of the dance clubs, bars, theaters, activity rooms, pool decks AND the buffets. The Emerald definitely has my vote if I had to choose a ship to cruise on.
